Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily operations of AV and robotaxi fleets across North America testing, deployment, and city launches. You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to keep vehicles safe and ready for service.

Leading 24/7 operations, you’ll drive fleet availability, KPI delivery, safety programs, and continuous improvement while partnering with engineering, product, and fleet management

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in fleet/operational roles.
• Experience leading operational or technical teams.
• Experience managing 24/7 operations.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across one or multiple depot locations.
• Ensure vehicles are operationally ready to support testing, deployment, and autonomous ride-hailing services.
• Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, charging schedules, and readiness.
• Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch and return activities to maximize efficiency.
• Minimize downtime through effective planning and coordination.
• Oversee all depot activities and ensure safety, efficiency, and organization.
• Coordinate work of Depot Specialists, Safety Operators, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise operational staff; create 24/7 shift schedules.
• Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
• Act as primary operational contact for stakeholders; prepare reports and dashboards.
• Identify improvement opportunities; develop SOPs for AV operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health & safety requirements.
