Job summary

TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily operations of AV and robotaxi fleets across European depots, supporting testing programs, commercial ride-hailing, and new city launches.

You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to keep vehicles safe, available, and deployment-ready, while driving KPIs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in fleet/transport operations or similar
• Proven leadership of operational or technical teams
• Experience managing 24/7 shift-based operations
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across one or more depots
• Monitor fleet utilization, availability, charging schedules, and readiness
• Coordinate daily dispatch and return activities to maximize efficiency
• Lead depot operations and ensure safety, cleanliness, maintenance standards
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise operational staff
• Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and performance summaries
• Develop and implement SOPs for autonomous vehicle operations
• Support new city launches and fleet expansion initiatives
• Manage relationships with engineering, product, and fleet management teams
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement
