TSMG Holding is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead (AVOS) to oversee daily autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets supporting testing programs, commercial ride-hailing services, and new city launches across North America. The role coordinates Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to maintain fleet readiness and achieve KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations or related fields.
• Experience leading operational or technical teams.
• Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depots.
• Ensure vehicles are ready to support testing, deployment and ride-hailing services.
• Monitor fleet utilization, availability, charging, readiness.
• Coordinate daily dispatch and return activities to maximize efficiency.
• Minimize downtime through planning and coordination.
• Oversee depot operations and ensure safety and organization.
• Coordinate work of Depot Specialists, Safety Operators, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists.
• Ensure vehicles meet cleanliness, charging, inspection and maintenance standards.
• Support depot setup and city launches.
