Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead (AVOS) to oversee daily autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets supporting testing programs, commercial ride-hailing services, and new city launches across North America. The role coordinates Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to maintain fleet readiness and achieve KPIs.

Strong leadership and a safety-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations or related fields.
Experience leading operational or technical teams.
Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depots.
Ensure vehicles are ready to support testing, deployment and ride-hailing services.
Monitor fleet utilization, availability, charging, readiness.
Coordinate daily dispatch and return activities to maximize efficiency.
Minimize downtime through planning and coordination.
Oversee depot operations and ensure safety and organization.
Coordinate work of Depot Specialists, Safety Operators, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists.
Ensure vehicles meet cleanliness, charging, inspection and maintenance standards.
Support depot setup and city launches.
