Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depots, supporting testing, commercial ride-hailing, and new city launches in North America.

You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to maintain fleet availability, safety, and deployment readiness while driving KPIs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in fleet/operational environments.
• Experience leading operational or technical teams.
• Experience managing 24/7 shift-based operations.
• Strong leadership and planning abilities.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of AV and robotaxi fleets across depots.
• Ensure vehicles ready for testing, deployment, and ride-hailing services.
• Monitor fleet utilization, charging, and readiness.
• Coordinate daily dispatch and returns to maximize efficiency.
• Minimize downtime through planning and coordination.
• Oversee depot operations to ensure safety and organization.
• Lead and develop Depot Specialists, Safety Operators, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise staff; create shift schedules.
• Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and performance summaries.
• Drive safety culture and compliance.
