Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily AV and robotaxi fleet operations across North America, coordinating safety operators, depot staff, technicians, and SDS specialists to keep vehicles deployment-ready.

You'll drive KPI performance, fleet availability, and 24/7 operational excellence while collaborating with engineering, product, and fleet teams to scale new city launches and ensure safe, reliable mobility services.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in fleet operations, automotive operations, logistics, or related fields.
Experience leading operational or technical teams.
Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across one or multiple depot locations.
Ensure vehicles are operationally ready to support testing, deployment, and ride-hailing services.
Monitor fleet availability, charging schedules, and deployment readiness.
Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch and return activities to maximize efficiency.
Minimize downtime through effective planning and coordination.
Oversee depot activities, ensuring safe, efficient operations and readiness for launches.
Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise operational staff; set 24/7 shift schedules.
Maintain safety culture and ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
Serve as primary operational contact for stakeholders; prepare KPI reports.
Identify process improvements and develop SOPs for autonomous operations.
Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across fleet and depot operations.
