Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to supervise AV and robotaxi fleets across depots in North America. You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to ensure safe, available, and deployment-ready vehicles for testing and commercial services.

The role requires leading 24/7 operations, monitoring KPIs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in fleet performance and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in fleet operations or related fields.
• Experience leading 24/7 shift-based teams.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across one or multiple depot locations.
• Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, charging schedules, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch and return activities to maximize fleet efficiency.
• Oversee all activities within the robotaxi depot, ensuring safe, efficient, and organized operations.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise operational staff; create shift schedules for 24/7 operations.
• Act as the primary operational contact for internal and external stakeholders; prepare KPI dashboards.
