Job summary

TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets supporting testing programs, commercial ride-hailing services, and new city launches across North America.

As the operational leader in the depot, you will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to keep vehicles safe, available, and deployment-ready, while meeting KPIs and scaling operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in fleet operations or related field.
Proven experience leading operational or technical teams.
Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Lead daily fleet operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depots.
Ensure vehicles are ready for testing, deployment and ride-hailing services.
Monitor fleet utilization, availability, charging, and readiness.
Coordinate dispatch and returns to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Oversee depot activities and ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
Recruit, train and supervise staff; build 24/7 shift schedules; coach performance.
Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and escalation mitigation plans.
Drive safety culture and compliance with policies and regulations.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and fleet management teams.
