Job summary

Transdev's Autonomous Mobility & Fleet Specialists are critical to delivering safe autonomous driving systems and a revolutionary mobility experience. You will operate and evaluate self-driving vehicles, provide ride-hail services, and perform safe roadside recovery across multiple functions as needed.

We seek professionals with a strong safety mindset, at least 3 years of driving on public roads, a HS diploma (four-year degree preferred), and comfort with touchscreen devices and GSuite.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience driving on public roads.
• High School Diploma or GED required; four-year college degree preferred.
• Preferred experience: 6 months of autonomous vehicle testing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, situational awareness, and professionalism inside and outside the vehicle.
• Operate and evaluate autonomous and manual driving modes across defined routes and facilities.
• Monitor software systems and data recording computers with focus.
• Provide clear daily reports and documentation on vehicle operations and bugs.
• Assist as a spotter and support recovery operations as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and roadside assistance to passengers.
• Represent Transdev professionally at remote sites and adapt to changing demands.
