Job summary

Transdev North America is seeking an Autonomous Mobility & Fleet Specialist in Atlanta to operate and evaluate self-driving vehicles, provide ride-hail services, and execute roadside recovery. You will be trained across multiple functions and deployed as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and adaptability, requiring operation in autonomous and manual modes, monitoring software, and delivering clear feedback and customer service to riders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience driving on public roads.
• High School diploma or GED; four-year degree preferred.
• Preferred: 6 months autonomous vehicle testing or fleet deployment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Transdev's high standard of safety, situational awareness, and professionalism inside and outside of the vehicle.
• Operate autonomous and manual vehicles on defined routes, with proficiency in various conditions.
• Monitor software systems and onboard data recording computers with focus.
• Provide concise, clear, and accurate feedback, daily reports, and documentation.
• Assist as a spotter and support recovery operations as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers of autonomous vehicles.
