Job summary

Transdev North America, Inc. is seeking Autonomous Mobility & Fleet Specialists to operate and evaluate self-driving vehicles, provide ride-hail services, and perform safe roadside recovery. You will work across autonomous and manual modes, ensuring safety and reliability while coordinating fleet deployment.

The role requires strong technical proficiency, sharp situational awareness, and the ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Training across multiple functions will be provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving on public roads.
• HS diploma or GED required; 4-year college degree preferred in a related field.
• Preferred: 6 months autonomous vehicle testing, specialist experience, or fleet deployment operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high safety, situational awareness, and professionalism.
• Operate vehicles in autonomous and manual modes; moderate to complex routes.
• Provide daily feedback, reports, and documentation on operations and bugs.
• Assist as a spotter and coordinate vehicle batch setups.
• Deliver customer service and roadside assistance to passengers.
