Job summary

Transdev is seeking a dynamic team member to support autonomous mobility operations in Seattle. You will drive and evaluate vehicles on public roads, perform roadside recovery, and deliver excellent customer service to riders while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Qualified candidates have a minimum of 3 years driving on public roads, a HS diploma (college degree preferred), and strong tech skills including Android devices and GSuite.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Proficient with touchscreen smartphones (Android preferred) and laptops; familiarity with GSuite.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high safety and professionalism on and off the vehicle.
• Operate and evaluate autonomous and manual modes across routes and environments.
• Provide reliable ride-hail and roadside recovery support; document issues and incidents.
