Job summary

Transdev North America is seeking Autonomous Mobility & Fleet Specialists to operate and evaluate self-driving vehicles, provide ride-hail services, and perform safe roadside recoveries. You will be trained across multiple functions and deployed to multiple capacities based on operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring software, reporting issues, coordinating fleet readiness, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, field-based role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience driving on public roads.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• Preferred experience: autonomous vehicle testing or fleet deployment operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Transdev's high standard of safety, situational awareness, and professionalism inside and outside of the vehicle at all times.
• Safely operate and evaluate vehicles in autonomous and manual modes on defined, undefined, and closed-course routes.
• Monitor multiple software systems and onboard data recording computers with focus and accuracy.
• Provide concise, clear, and accurate feedback, daily reports, and documentation of vehicle operations and bugs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and roadside assistance to passengers of a driverless vehicle.
