Job summary

Transdev North America is seeking Autonomous Mobility & Fleet Specialists to operate self-driving and manual vehicles, support ride-hail clients, and perform safe roadside recoveries. You will be trained across multiple functions and deployed as needed, with a strong emphasis on safety and professionalism.

Expect to work in varied environments, with shifts that may include overtime and travel up to 25% as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience driving on public roads.
• High School Diploma or GED required; four-year degree preferred.
• Preferred: 6 months autonomous vehicle testing or fleet deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, situational awareness, and professionalism at all times.
• Safely operate autonomous and manual vehicles across routes and conditions.
• Monitor software systems and onboard data recording computers.
• Provide feedback and daily reports on vehicle operations and bugs.
• Deliver customer service and roadside assistance to passengers.
• Coordinate vehicle batch setups and fleet readiness for daily missions.
• Assist as a spotter and manage asset security and access control.
• Respond to recovery or rescue operations as needed.
