Job summary

Transdev is seeking an Autonomous Mobility Specialist for hands-on operation and evaluation of self-driving vehicles, delivering safe mobility and reliable roadside recovery. You will join a safety-first team, trained across multiple functions, and deployed as needed to support autonomous and manual vehicle tasks.

Role emphasizes strong situational awareness, practical tech familiarity, and clear, timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience driving on public roads.
• High School Diploma or GED; four-year degree preferred.
• Preferred: 6 months autonomous vehicle testing or fleet deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high safety, professionalism inside and outside the vehicle.
• Operate vehicles in autonomous and manual modes across routes.
• Monitor software systems and data recording devices.
• Provide clear feedback and daily reports on vehicle operations.
• Assist with roadside recovery and support operations.
• Interact professionally with customers and site staff.
• Coordinate vehicle batch setups and ensure fleet readiness.
