Job summary

Transdev is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Los Angeles to manage and oversee the operations of the business unit, serving as the liaison between the Client's program managers and Transdev employees. You will lead a team of operators and ensure safe, efficient delivery of missions.

You will be on the ground floor of autonomous driving efforts, helping implement change for the community and world, while upholding safety and performance standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 2+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Engineering/Operations degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Transdev’s high standard of safety, inside and outside of the vehicle.
• Operate with safety as the primary goal.
• Be the deputy for technology by communicating courteously with management, engineers, and the public.
• Responds to system emergencies; investigates and completes accident reports, incidents, and customer complaints.
• Public/Customer facing management and leadership of hourly workforce.
• Field work and on the road operations with workforce to dispatch, respond, and troubleshoot.
