Job summary

Transdev is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Los Angeles to oversee the unit's operations and manage a team of operators. You will serve as the liaison between client program managers and Transdev staff, ensuring safe, efficient mission delivery.

You will lead field operations, schedule remote workforce, and translate client deliverables into daily performance. Strong safety focus and communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred or 2+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high safety standards inside and outside the vehicle.
• Lead dispatch and field operations to meet client demands.
• Oversee hourly workforce and coordinate with management and engineers.
• Respond to system emergencies and investigate incidents and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with global process standards and drive continuous improvement.
