Job summary

Transdev is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee a team of operators, manage on-ground dispatch and ensure safety remains the top priority. You will liaise between client program managers and Transdev staff to deliver missions with efficiency and high standards.

In this role, you will plan staffing, monitor KPIs, and support field operations, with travel up to 20%. The position requires a proactive, safety-first mindset and the ability to work across multiple managers and programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Engineering/Operations-related degree is a plus; strong communication and leadership skills required.
• Experience with safety-focused transport operations and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards inside and outside the vehicle.
• Oversee dispatch, scheduling, and on-road operations for the hourly workforce.
• Lead meetings, manage client communications, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with management, engineers and external stakeholders on operations.
• Respond to incidents, complete reports and address customer complaints.
