May Mobility is looking for an Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Operations Specialist II in Arlington, Texas. This position requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure safe and efficient operations of autonomous vehicles. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, monitoring vehicle health, and collaborating with team members to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a fast-adapting, customer-focused environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics to ensure safe operations.
• Develop a culture of safety among team members.
• Document and report mechanical issues to engineering.
