Job summary

TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets supporting testing programs and commercial ride-hailing services across North America. You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to ensure vehicles remain safe, available, and deployment-ready.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations, automotive operations, transportation, logistics or mobility services.
Experience leading operational or technical teams and shift-based or 24/7 operations.
Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and fluent English.

Responsibilities

Lead daily AV and robotaxi fleet operations across one or multiple depots.
Ensure vehicles are ready for testing, deployment and autonomous ride-hailing services.
Monitor fleet utilization, availability, charging schedules and readiness.
Coordinate dispatch and returns to maximize fleet efficiency.
Minimize downtime through proactive planning and coordination.
Oversee robotaxi depot operations for safety and efficiency.
Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise operational staff; manage shifts.
Coordinate with engineering, product and fleet management teams.
Develop SOPs for autonomous vehicle operations and scaling.
