Job summary

TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily operations of AV and robotaxi fleets supporting testing programs, commercial ride-hailing services, and city launches across North America.

You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to keep vehicles safe, available, and deployment-ready, while driving KPIs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet or transportation operations.
• Experience leading shift-based or 24/7 operations.
• Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English with excellent communication.
• Experience with autonomous vehicle or mobility programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily AV and robotaxi fleet operations across depots.
• Coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, and technicians.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for testing, deployment, and city launches.
• Prepare KPI dashboards and operational reports.
• Drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
