Job summary

TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across North America. You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to ensure vehicles stay safe, available, and deployment-ready for testing programs, commercial ride-hailing services, and city launches.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations, automotive operations, transportation, logistics, mobility services, or similar operational environments.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depot locations.
Ensure vehicles are operationally ready to support testing and commercial deployment.
Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, charging schedules, and readiness.
Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch and return activities to maximize efficiency.
Oversee robotaxi depot operations and ensure safety and compliance.
Recruit, onboard, and train operational staff; create shift schedules for 24/7 operations.
Act as primary operational contact for internal and external stakeholders; prepare KPI dashboards.
Identify process improvements to reduce downtime and improve fleet performance.
