Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets, across multiple depots in North America. The role requires coordinating Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to keep vehicles safe and deployment-ready.

You will drive fleet availability, KPI attainment, and successful launches of autonomous mobility services, with a focus on leadership, safety, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fleet/auto/transport/logistics or similar operational environments
• Experience leading operational or technical teams
• Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depot locations
• Ensure vehicles are ready to support testing, deployment, and ride-hailing services
• Monitor fleet utilization, availability, charging, and readiness
• Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch and return activities to maximize efficiency
• Minimize downtime through effective planning and coordination
• Oversee depot activities, safety, maintenance, and readiness for new launches
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise operational staff; manage 24/7 shifts
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and fleet teams; prepare KPI dashboards
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for AV operations
• Promote safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
