Job summary

TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead (AVOS) to oversee the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets supporting testing programs and commercial autonomous ride-hailing services across North America.

You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to ensure fleets stay safe, operational, and deployment-ready, while meeting KPIs and supporting new city launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in fleet operations or related fields.
• Experience leading operational or technical teams.
• Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations.
• Strong leadership, planning, and people management skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depots.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for testing, deployment, and autonomous ride-hailing services.
• Monitor fleet utilization, availability, charging, and readiness.
• Coordinate daily dispatch and returns to maximize efficiency.
• Minimize downtime through effective planning and coordination.
• Oversee robotaxi depot operations and ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
