Job summary

TSMG is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead (AVOS) to oversee the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets supporting testing programs and commercial autonomous ride-hailing services across North America.

You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to ensure fleets stay safe, operational, and deployment-ready, while meeting KPIs and supporting new city launches.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in fleet operations or related fields.
Experience leading operational or technical teams.
Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations.
Strong leadership, planning, and people management skills.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depots.
Ensure vehicles are ready for testing, deployment, and autonomous ride-hailing services.
Monitor fleet utilization, availability, charging, and readiness.
Coordinate daily dispatch and returns to maximize efficiency.
Minimize downtime through effective planning and coordination.
Oversee robotaxi depot operations and ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
