Job summary

Alleviation is expanding our sales team designed for individuals who crave autonomy, work/life balance, and growth opportunities. You will undergo immersive training blending online learning with hands-on mentorship in your designated territory to grow your career in insurance sales.

As a new sales professional, you will engage with business owners to introduce high quality supplemental insurance solutions, conduct consultations, and deliver group presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (course provided and fees reimbursed)
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with local owners and reservice existing clients
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and meet monthly/quarterly targets
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates
