Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its sales team and offering immersive training for newcomers. You’ll work in your local territory, meeting business owners and employees to present high quality supplemental insurance solutions.

No prior sales experience is required as we tailor the right candidate through hands-on mentorship. You’ll manage your schedule, visit clients, and collaborate with the sales team to hit monthly targets while developing your own client portfolio in a supportive growth

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections quickly.
• Hunger for learning and growth; capable of working independently.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients’ insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and grow your client portfolio.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with your team manager.
• Record daily sales activity and update reports each day.
