Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team, offering immersive training combining online learning with hands-on mentorship in your designated territory. You will engage with business owners and employees to provide high-quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations.

No prior sales experience is required, and we tailor the right candidate for success.

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; strong sales or athletics background considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and reservice clients.
• Develop your own client portfolio and referrals.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit it to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
