Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding our sales team in Tennessee for autonomous, growth-minded individuals. We blend immersive sales training with mentorship in your territory, targeting business owners and employees with high-quality supplemental insurance solutions.

You will build and manage a local client portfolio, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and visit businesses to grow relationships, with no prior sales experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (reimbursed).
• Background check will be performed as part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your local client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and reservice existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and report it weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
