You will engage with business owners and employees to introduce high-quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations, shaping your territory's landscape.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; training paid.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience considered.
• Strong communication, networking, and goal-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your professional network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales team and manager.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the team lead.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
