Job summary

Alleviation is expanding its sales team in Texas, offering an immersive training program for new sales professionals. No prior experience is required; you’ll own your local territory, engage with business owners and employees to introduce high-quality supplemental insurance solutions, and drive growth through consultations, presentations, and proactive outreach.

You will use Salesforce to manage leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or athletics.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (licensing fees covered).
• Pass a high‑level pre-employment background check.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships, follow up on referrals, and reservice clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
