Qualifications

• 2–4 years operating heavy equipment in industry settings.
• Associate degree or vocational certificate in a related technical field.
• Prior test, QA, or teaching/coaching experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to be trained.
• Basic instructional capabilities and mechanical aptitude.
• Leadership or supervisory experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment manually, tele-operated, semi-autonomous, and autonomous modes to evaluate performance.
• Maintain safe testing environments and enforce site-specific safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineers and testers to design and execute tests for customer requirements.
• Document inspections, procedures, results, and maintenance activities; produce clear reports.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot robotic systems on site.
• Assist in training team members and customers on system operation and safety.
