Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. seeks a Field Tester in Utah to operate and test semi-autonomous and autonomous robot systems in real-world settings. You will calibrate, test, and field robotic solutions, while training colleagues and clients on safety and control software.

The role blends hands-on testing with software and operations oversight, requiring strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and communication skills for across-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (1-2 years) operating industry-specific heavy equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA 10 preferred or willing to train.
• Associates degree or vocational certification in a related technical field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment manually, via tele-operations, semi-autonomously, and autonomously to test performance.
• Maintain a safe testing environment and enforce safety standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand CONOPs, planned use cases, and execute tests.
• Document inspections, procedures, results, and maintenance with clear reports.
• Calibrate, diagnose, and troubleshoot robotic systems on-site.
