Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its outside territory sales team in Saint George, Utah. We seek driven individuals who can work independently, develop client relationships, and contribute to double-digit growth.

You’ll use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, schedule meetings, and close deals with small to mid-size businesses seeking top-tier supplemental insurance products. Training combines classroom, hands-on, and self-paced modules to accelerate success.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local business owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager.
