Job summary

The position requires strong communication, problem-solving and analytics, with travel up to 20% and flexibility for varied shifts. A High School diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent operations experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Engineering, Operations or related degree is preferred for advancement.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and operate in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high safety standards inside and outside the vehicle.
• Operate with safety as the primary goal in all tasks.
• Lead and coordinate hourly workforce and field operations.
• Respond to emergencies; document accidents and customer complaints.
• Support daily operations management and stakeholder communications.
• Plan, forecast, and align with client demands and KPIs.
• Assist payroll, team development, and safety debriefs.
