Transdev North America is seeking an Operations Site Lead to assist in supervising daily operations, coordinating dispatch and maintaining safety standards. You will work with Fleet Deployment Specialists and Site Coordinators to meet client missions and ensure smooth operation.

This role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. The position carries responsibilities for shift coordination, performance monitoring, and collaboration with management and vendors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with a touchscreen device and basic computer reporting.
• Ability to read and apply system operating rules and policies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and daily operations in the deployment of fleet tasks.
• Serve as liaison between management, clients, engineers and staff; communicate issues clearly.
• Record delays, manage incidents and accidents per policy; support escalation processes.
