Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community environments. You will evaluate and treat clients across diverse real-life activities, from kitchen tasks to grocery navigation and workplace activities.

You will work autonomously within a collaborative therapy team, with opportunities for growth and advancement. A current OT license, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license by the practicing state.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological diagnoses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home and community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration and optimize patient outcomes.
