Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver neuro home and community services in the Greater Boston area. You will work in patients’ homes and communities, focusing on real-life function and independence.

This role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a neuro-focused, functional caseload without clinic-based limits. Peds opportunities may be available and a supportive team environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist by the practicing state.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological diagnoses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patients' needs to the treatment team, physician, and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
