Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will evaluate, plan, implement, and adjust therapy to support independence in real-life contexts such as kitchens, stores, and workplaces.

The role offers clinical autonomy with flexible scheduling, opportunities for professional growth, and reimbursement for travel and driving. A compassionate team supports innovative, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in state of practice.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year’s OT work experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with transferring up to 100 pounds.
• Effective communication and professional interaction skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
