Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• Health & Life producer license or willingness to obtain (licensing reimbursed).
• Ability to work autonomously in a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing your sales territory with full autonomy.
• Building and nurturing relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.
• Conducting cold calls and in-person meetings to present Altitude's offerings.
• Identifying client needs and delivering customized solutions.
• Driving your own success by setting and exceeding personal sales goals.
