Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to own a sales territory and drive growth through self-directed strategies. You will schedule and conduct in-person meetings with business owners to demonstrate Altitude's insurance solutions and close deals that align with your personal sales style.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, capable of cold calling, and comfortable shaping their own daily plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed Health & Life producer or willingness to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Self-motivated, independent work style with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your sales territory with full autonomy and set your own schedule.
