Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an autonomous, growth-minded director to lead the Seattle branch. You will manage operations, drive business development, and cultivate referral networks while ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.

In this role you will oversee staffing, training, and budgeting, with ongoing corporate support. A company car, full benefits, unlimited PTO and dedicated professional development are included as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Proven leader with experience managing a team.
• History of meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and staff oversight.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Build and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Lead staffing and onboarding, ensure shifts are properly staffed and on-call coverage is maintained.
• Conduct client intakes, build strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget and monitor profit and loss statements.
• Create a workplace culture that motivates the team and sets high standards.
