Tellos, Inc. is seeking an Independent BCBA (1099) in South Carolina to lead clinical care with autonomy while Tellos handles the back-end operations. You set your own schedule, determine case load, and decide the appropriate mix of in-person and telehealth services.

The role offers admin and credentialing support, RBT staffing, and a streamlined intake pipeline. Earn up to $125,000+ annually based on caseload and performance, with flexible telehealth options where clinically appropriate.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Residence in South Carolina required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong desire for autonomy and independent schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinically with FBAs and skill-based assessments.
• Provide supervision to RBTs with high fidelity and clinical rigor.
• Use data-based decision making to monitor progress and adjust protocols.
• Ensure medical necessity through clear documentation and payer standards.
• Collaborate with families through coaching to generalize skills to home.
• Uphold BACB Ethics and professional standards.
