Job summary

Tellos is seeking an Independent Contractor BCBA (1099) to lead clinical care in Georgia with full autonomy and backend support. You will determine treatments, schedule, and whether cases require in-person or telehealth services, while Tellos handles credentialing, billing, and referrals.

You control your caseload and schedule, with telehealth options and admin support to reduce burnout. Compensation ranges up to $125K+ per year, based on caseload volume and performance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Georgia LBA strongly preferred.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Strong desire for autonomy and ability to manage an independent schedule.
• Comfortable using technology for telehealth supervision and digital data collection.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinically with FBAs and skill-based assessments to design individualized, evidence-based plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs with high fidelity and clinical rigor.
• Use data-driven decisions; monitor progress and adjust protocols as needed.
• Collaborate with admin to document medical necessity and payer standards.
• Partner with families through caregiver training to generalize skills at home.
• Uphold BACB ethics and professional practice standards.
