Job summary

Tellos, Inc. seeks an Independent Contractor (BCBA) in Georgia to lead clinical care with full autonomy while leveraging our backend support in administration, credentialing, and billing.

As an independent BCBA, you determine your schedule, decide telehealth vs in-person when appropriate, and manage your caseload with expert supervision and resources from Tellos to maintain high quality outcomes for families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Georgia LBA strongly preferred.
• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field.
• Strong autonomy and schedule management.
• Experience with telehealth supervision and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Lead FBAs and skills assessments to design evidence-based treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs with fidelity and clinical rigor.
• Use data to monitor progress and adjust BIPs in real time.
• Document medical necessity with Tellos admin and billing.
• Coach families to generalize skills at home.
• Uphold BACB ethics and professional standards.
