Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims; you will work closely with manufacturers, service teams and customers to ensure accurate submission and timely collections. This role emphasizes strong organization, attention to detail and compliance with warranty policies.

The position requires prior automotive/administrative experience, a minimum age of 18, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Two years of automotive/administrative work experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background and drug screens.
• Experience reviewing warranty claims and working with manufacturers is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Submit warranty claims to manufacturers using current administrative tools.
• Review warranty repair orders for accuracy, completeness and legibility.
• Maintain records of all claims and their current status.
• Ensure deductibles are documented and collected from customers.
• Aim for a 95% warranty claims acceptance rate and <=10 days of receivables.
• Coordinate with shop foremen, lead technicians and service advisors.
• Adhere to all manufacturers and aftermarket warranty policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain relationships with warranty reps at manufacturers and third-party providers.
• Ensure diagnostic forms accompany repair orders when required by policy.
