Avondale Group is seeking a Warranty Admin to manage submission of warranty claims, monitor schedules, and ensure high accuracy in claim processing. The role supports factory and after-market warranties and requires attention to detail and adherence to policy.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience, with flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to quality service for a premier dealership group.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Knows and understands the manufacturer warranty policy and procedures.
• Monitors the use of special warranty programs for diagnosis time, straight time repairs, etc.
• Reports any abuses or fraudulent manipulation of warranty claims to management immediately.
• Submits warranty claims to the factory or warranty company using the administrative tools available.
• Maintains a record of all claims submitted, returned, rejected, or paid and their current status.
