Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group’s Warranty Administrator role is based in the Boston area. You will manage the prompt submission of warranty claims to manufacturers and after-market providers, ensuring accurate processing and revenue collection for every job.

The position offers hourly pay of $20-$25 with weekly payroll, and a robust benefits package including health, vision, dental, 401k with company match, PTO, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Two years of automotive/administrative experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Submit warranty claims to manufacturers and after-market companies.
• Maintain relationships with warranty representatives.
• Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter labor operation codes and failure codes.
• Ensure deductibles are collected from customers at repair.
• Strive for warranty claims acceptance rate and timely receivables.
