The role requires staying current on factory recalls, reconciling warranty receivables with accounting, maintaining service and customer records, and using technical vehicle knowledge to ensure proper documentation for coverage and payment.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of vehicle service to verify proper documentation of repairs for warranty coverage and payment.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills a must.
• Must have computer proficiency.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to submit to background check, driving record & drug test.
• Compensation is based on experience and is competitive with the retail automotive industry.

Responsibilities
