Qualifications

• Must have ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products
• 1 year of title clerk or related clerical experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Perform and prepare all legal documents needed for the transfer for the DMV
• Process new and used vehicles for registration to be titled
• Prepare tax and title documents for vehicles
• Verify funds and ensure lien hold is paid before processing title applications
• Quality check documents to ensure all information is present
• Assist with billing out dealer trades and other duties as assigned
