Job summary

Rosen Hyundai of Algonquin is seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our automotive team. You will handle liens, title transfers, and plate requests for Wisconsin and Illinois vehicle purchases, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.

We value thoroughness and compliance; prior experience with Tekion or Dealertrack is a plus, and we provide training. A high school diploma or GED is required, with room to grow within our diverse, friendly dealership.

Qualifications

Automotive titles experience preferred; training provided.
High school diploma or GED required.
Good verbal communication skills with customers and staff.
Tekion or Dealertrack experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive liens and car titles from lienholders.
Prepare title and transfer/new plate requests for vehicles in WI and IL within required timeframes.
Balance titling schedule weekly.
Process all title corrections for WI and IL.
Order/verify hard and temporary license plates.
Balance various monthly schedules.
Ensure policy and office procedure compliance.
Attention to detail on every transaction and research errors.
Assist with other office tasks as requested by manager or staff.
