Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Title Licensing Clerk. The role involves preparing legal DMV transfer documents, processing registrations for new and used vehicles, and handling tax/title paperwork with attention to accuracy.

Requires 1 year of title clerk experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and related administrative experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer/calculator use
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

Responsibilities

• Perform and prepare all legal documents for DMV transfers
• Process new and used vehicle registrations as needed
• Prepare tax and title documents for vehicles
• Verify funds and ensure lien holds are paid before processing titles
• Quality check documents to ensure completeness
• Billing dealer trades and other duties as assigned
